You can hang out with friends, and if your friends are busy you can hang out with close family members, and if they're busy, you can do stuff by yourself I guess. Like play video games and such. I'm not sure I'm also bored this summer, so I chat online. Its fun depending on who you're talking to.
Just go for a walk, you seem to have plenty of time on your hands and a good walk could subsidize for a slight tone without much effort.

Use the time you have left to meet new people. Go to the movies with friends, or the pool. Whatever you like. You could start a project that doesn't consume all your time or get into photography.
GO out with your friends, go to the movies, brothers sisters. Join a sport. do some volunteer work. Get into a hobby, video games.
