Bluray or HDVD?

hello iam palnnin to buy a laptop, should I go for blue ray supprted device or the normal hdvd? please advice

I would go for Blue Ray.

I read that that the other equivilant DVD format is being dropped by some of the big movie studios and blue Ray is looking likely to be the main format for a few years until the next development comes along.

u probably should go with the regular dvd.

i prefer bluray and it is developing fast. it support HDVD and it has more functions.
