Where to get Blue hair dye?
Anyone know where I can get blue or purple semi-permanent hair dye? I want something that lasts a long time, but not permanent. Something tells me it might look weird to have blue hair with light brown roots. Any website or a place in Des Moines, IA. Those are pretty much my only choices, and I don’t think there’s a place in my town. So if anyone can help me, please?!?!
you can buy Manic Panic or Stargazer hair dye off the net. They are the best ones, I’ve found…

I can almost guarantee that there is a sally’s beauty supply in your town. they have semi/demi-permanent blue hair dyes there. a brand I would recommend is called manic panic, they make all of those fun crazy colored hair dyes. they also sell the manic panic hair dyes at hot topic, spencers, etc..
Hot topic, your local beauty supply shop, anywhere they sell hair dye usually.. anyhow, good luck! :]
