If you are having sex for the first time, you will bleed a tiny bit because your cherry is getting popped, that is completely normal and should be expected. If you aren’t a virgin and it bleeds, that means that the tissue was torn. The tissue can be torn if you were being rough and not moist enough. Its always good to make sure you are nice and moist before having sex or else there is a chance some tissue may get torn - be sure to take things slow at first also. I wouldn’t really say its that embarrassing because if you are having sex with someone it should be with someone you are in love with, and they will understand.
