I know that feeling. Just let it go away on it’s own, you can’t really do much, especially if it’s on your tongue. I’ve been through a lot of those.

Swish warm salt water around in your mouth and try to avoid messing with it. Whenever I have a sore in my mouth I always try to fiddle around with it, just avoid messing with it and you’ll be fine it should go away on it’s own soon :) Also taking lysine pills can help a lot.
Gaggling with salt water (put some salt in a glass, add water) and use this as a mouth wash but make sure you spit the water out… Salt water helps the wounds on your tongue. If the symptoms persist, do go and see a doctor as the blisters may be an early sign of tongue ulcers or tongue cancers.
It is called an osler (sorry about the spelling). Let it go away on its own, or you can get Bonjela (a gel) to put on the osler :)
