Okay, so I'm pretty new at makeup. I want to know what glisten-y, sparkly, pearly mascaras are really good. but not super-expensive. Give me the pros and cons, sort of like a really short review :) I appreciate it!

With sparkly mascara, you'll look like a 10-year-old playing dress-up.
Try brown or black mascara.
Sorry, I wouldn't know about mascara brands, I'll probably never wear makeup until I move out. =P
you could always try ( I know) fake eylashes but I prefer black
