bellybotton peircing

im thinking about getting my bellybotton peirced but will it hurt getting it done? and do they freeze it or numb it before they peirce it? xx

it does hurt a little, and it takes a lot of looking after for the first week you have it done (cleaning it with salty water) but it looks really nice. good luck

Actually, I saw this procedure being done on a friend of mine years ago. Basically, they just clean the area and go whole hog with the needle.

Apparently there are not too many nerves in that area, so my friend did not feel much.

I had mine done about 5 years ago. They clamp down on the skin and pull the needle through. It hurts about as much as spilling hot coffee on your lap. GOOD LUCK!!!!!!

hey..im 13 nearly 14 and i got my belly pierced bowt a year ago…dnt wry u wil hardly feel any pain they clamped myn,froze it and put cold cream on it..to be honest myn hurt more after id had it done but not much.it wil stay red for a bit after but wen its al healed it looks great!so if u really wnt it done go get it gal dnt be afraid it wnt hurt ope i helped u loves x x x

…Mine Hurt Intenslly..! They Didn’t Freeze it and He Did it in the Wrong Spot. Its Still INfected Now. after 3 months..lol Good Luck !But then The next I went with my friend to get hers done and it didn’t hurt her at all… Mine was just done wrong thats all.! *JustMe_xd
