How do I cook a beef sirloin tip roast? Can I do it on a rottiserie?
You can do it on a rotisserie, but if you want a juicy roast, I don't recommend it.
You need to season it, then sear it on all sides to lock in the juices. Place it in a roasting pan and add your liquids (seasoned beef stock is perfect)...cook at about 350 until it reaches your desired doneness.
I agree with ichibanarky but id say cook it on a slow heat at around maybe 250 start it off early in the morning let it slow cook for hours and it will be very tender and yes juicy...goodluck
