How to get rid of this icon in my lower tray?

how do I get rid of the ?,X icon baloon in my lower tray I deleted all the rest

Lower left tray. Right click delete. The left tray is just programs that CAN be run. They ARN’T running.

Lower right tray right click EXIT. These programs ARE running. Doing what I told you will only remove it for the time being. As soon as you restart it will come back. You will need to find out what program is popin up with that ‘X’.

Then go to Start > Run > Type in msconfig > start up and uncheck the box of that program.
