What's a good bait for trapping weasels?

What would be the best bait for live trapping nuisance weasels? I have a fenced in area of about 1½ acres that I have wild rabbits in to train beagle pups . The weasels have moved in and are taking their toll on the rabbits. I need to get rid of them. Thanks for any tips.

Fresh chicken seems to be a good choice.

Weasels cannot resist going into tunnels or holes. Much of thier food is in holes. Make a trap out of pvc pipe. Use your imagination or research it online. Find instructions on you tube? Or maybe purchase one at a country feeds store.
