Bad Memories=(

Okay so I have an Older brother whos 15. We havent Gotten along At all For A really long time. He did A lot Of Things to me and My parents Didnt Do anything A bout it. Were Getting A long better now, Which I dont know why, but Its great. I love having Him around And getting To see Him. (Parents Are divorced and He lives with my mom). For some Reason I just cant Stop Remembering Everything He did To me and how Much It hurt… I dont Know why but I want it to go Away. Any Advice??

My lil sis told me I was pretty bad to her when she was young. I was just young and being dumb. She had a hard time forgetting what I did to her also. She would bring it up during arguments. I didn’t know it was affecting her in a really bad negative way. Your brother probably didn’t either when he was doing things to you back then. Try to talk it over with him. I did with my sis and now we’re closer than ever.

well I don’t know I alwaus had bed memories about things I did and they’d come to me in dreams so I think you should try to forget if you cant try seeing a shrink and I think what he did to you the shrink will help you to forget. a shrink helped me

I have bad memories about my dad, he died when I was 7 but I don’t remember that night only the next morning. But apparently I went crazy everytime someone said the wrong thing to me. Just enjoy life as it is spend more time with him, and try not to think about it.
