Can a 13-year-old babysit?

im 15 now. but I started babysitting my younger cousins when I was about your age. I would only suggest babysitting family members. or people you know if your just a beginner. you need to learn how to take care of a young child, & change his or her diaper & all those things. you have to be a very responsible young adult to become a babysitter.

Depends.Is this thirteen year old responsible? If I had kids, I think Id go for a babysitter who could drive, and would know what to do in case of emergency.

But I suppose if they were responsible and smart,I might consider letting them watch my kids for a few hours,

if you can find someone to hire you as a babysitter. check neighbors. they’re usually good for that…

but I don’t know. if I liked/cared about my children at all… I would want a babysitter thats a few years older…

your still kind of young yourself… esp. to be taking care of children. hold-off on it for a few years.
