How can I find babysitting jobs?

Hey I am 14 year old girl and I am trying to find a babysitting job that I can do on Weekends and spme weekdays and I have foind some places but I need to eb 17 or 16 and I just can find any place. Do you have any suggestions on things to do.

I posted ads in stores. I just talked to them had my parents talk to them and done it in my home. Ask friends, family to tell their friends!

Hi,

The first thing you should do is sign up for a CPR class. This will get you certified in CPR, and when you are looking for babysitting jobs, that will really help comfort the parents. Also, if you can put up flyers that will help. Once you get a job, do a really good job and then use that person as a contact, and try to spread the word about your services through word of mouth.

What I do is just make flyers and hand them out to parents that are busy alot, or have little kids. I like to stick with ppl i know cuz they’re more likly to give yu a chance. It also helps to get a babysitting certificate from a babysitting class online or in your area, try redcross or YMCA websites from yur area they should have a babysitting link.
