I don't believe that there is an "average time" if it's both individuals. You can't just say "oh, we've only been dating 3 months so we can't be in love yet." Love doesn't have any boundaries. I believe in love at first sight when both indivduals feel it but if it's one-sided then it's a very strong attraction, a crush.
You fall in love when you fall in love. There isn't a specific time. Time and love don't work together. Your heart is all you need and the mind set that no one can tell you when its okay or time for you to fall in love. Love is love. To each person his/her own. :)
Everyone's different. Some say love at first sight. Others say you'll develop a love over a period of time. All depends on the person. Some have trouble loving from the past.
