You may want to consider coloured contact lenses in plano form (without visual correction) or get your eyebrows shaped by a professional.

Go to Wal*Mart, go to the beauty isle. They have this type of eye make up now that is a complete kit to make your eyes more vibrant/pretty whatever you're looking for. I believe it is made by Almay, but I'm not positive.

get contacts but it's sad you want to even change your eyes I believe that you shouldn't change yourself you were born pretty ... so live with it

use mascara to make your lashes longer and more pretty and natural looking tust me I do it all the time lol... thats all you need

eyeliner, mascara, make sure your eyelashes are long, around your eyes use wrinkle-relief, and contacts.
