how do you attach an explaination to your question?

Just keep typing as much as you need in the same box.

I usually skip a couple of spaces and then add the detail to my question, that usually works for me :)

Press enter after you typed the question and then just continue typing.

Well, I think it will automatically do it for you because I just put all my details in the question bar, and then it made it into “See more details”
