A pregnancy test, its simple. Yeah there are signs and symptoms but those could mean so many other things and some pregnant women don’t even experience a lot of them. Theres not really any sign that means a definite pregnancy. Even a messed up period doesn’t mean its a for sure pregnancy. So a test is the only way of knowing for certain.
