so… im a lesbian and me and my girlfriend just decided on anal sex and after the first time I noticed a little bit of blood and I asked my friends and they said that it was normal but on the second time there was a lot of blood. is there something wrong with me or what’s happening??

It could be that you guys were to rough, or it could be a hemorrhoid.

A little bit of bleeding initially is normal, but anymore and longer then that should always be checked out by a doctor.
