Sweetie, those kinds of things are out of our hands. You cant make anyone like you, talk to you, or do anything they dont want to do. ITS THEIR CHOICE. Maybe he sees you as very young. He obviously isnt interested in you. Let it be at that.

well u cant rlly MAKE him get interested but u can get him 2 look. Try being a tease I know this sounds skanky but its not, like trying wearing a shirt thats a little low cut work with what u got and dont make is so obvious u want him attention, just play it off wear pants that kinda cling to u in a way that makes u look hot, maybe he’ll think the same and look your way, just an idea ^.^
