Am I being too much of a bother?

So at the college I will be attending in the fall they have apartments. I think that is it totally unfair that a “friend” of mine registered LATE and she ended up getting put in a nice suite with her own bathroom and I registered early and ended up getting put in a crapy dorm room. About a month ago, the lady in charge of that stuff emailed me about an apartment available so I emailed her back…no reply or change. Then, I emailed again yesterday and she said that they had one available so I emailed back not even an hour after I got it. Am I being too much of a bother? Will they flag my file or something and be mean to be when I go and pick up my room key where ever I am staying? Am I wrong to think that it is unfair that my “friend” got put in a nice room when she got in later than me? help. I am soo upset about this.

Courtnies, you needs to get over it. You’re not being a bother. What did I tell you this morning? If you want something, you gotta do what it takes to get it. You’re going to get those apartments. Be glad Ma’s helping you get you a place to live. She’s not even helping me. You’ll help me right? I’m hungry too. You’re asleep so I’ll just wait til you wake up. And you don’t need to be adriane’s friend anymore either…she’s not being good to you! I want to see that movie tropic thunder. Hey! Do you think you could get Ma to help me find a place to live too? Cause I really want to go to school too. Why isn’t she helping me. I’m bored will you play metroid later? Bye!

This is one of those things that you just have to deal with. Life sucks when it comes to certain things and if you are entering college than you know that life in general is unfair!

no your not to much of a bother. your handleing the situation I nthe right way. you should do watever possible to get a better apartment. good luck

I know how you feel, you feel that you are pestering something for yourself. Good on you though. A lot of people would feel like you and then go “nah I won’t email them so I don’t humiliate myself” etc. You are doing the right thing for yourself. You are paying for yourself so in return you should get your luxury.

I do advise you that if nothing is done about this new apartment, go to the housing officer (there should be a phone number or address with the email).
