After a miscaraige

I had a d&c last week following a miscarraige, im desparate to fall pregnant straight away, but how long do I refrain from sleeping with my patner, I feel physicaly fine but didnt know how long to wait after the d & c, is it dangerous to sleep togather again now, or do I leave it abit longer ? Any help on this matter would be great xxx
