Advice: About Busy Women

She is working on her masters degree, working full time, and has recently acquired a home mortgage. She is in the process of remodeling her place before moving in. Has made it clear that her free time is going to be limited or almost “non existent.” At the same time she has expressed to me the desire to continue as a couple as long as I take into account she won’t be able to see much of me.

I’m willing to see what happens only because I think she’s worth it. But at the same time I haven’t seen our heard from her in almost 2 weeks. I’m starting to feel weird calling her or sending an email. Especially if she doesn’t reply. I would be able to make the relationship work if we saw each other once a month but I need some sort of contact once a week. A simple text message, email, or quick call would mean a whole lot. I communicated what I would need and we agreed to see what happens.

I have asked my other female friends about this and they say, “If she wanted to make time she would, not to my waste time on her.” Guy friends tell me, “ If you think she is worth it then, let some time pass, see what happens.” One person told me, “The more she see’s that you’re not waiting around for her, the more she is going to want to make time for you. Plus, if you think she is worth it, then be PATIENT! Everything else should fall into place and always, always be supportive.”

At this point I have decided its her turn to make contact … but with Valentine’s coming around It feels weird. What would you do in my situation? I just want to hear other people’s thoughts
