Should I approach him?

Right, I went to a gig - saw this guy playing a bass - gorgeous - got to know him a little on msn/myspace - havnt met up at all but I do see him when I go and watch his band play - told him how I felt on myspace about half a year ago, he said he liked me too but nothing happened from that. I was rele gothic and wore a lot of makeup before and so I have changed a lot since then. My friends think im so much better like this now than before. anyways I kept on thinking about him when I went on holiday for like, 5 weeks! and he even wondered where I went to when I came back and spoke to him on msn. ( by the way I misst one of his gigs because I had to see my dad - mu mand dad split up ages ago and I only get to see him a few days a year!!! I didnt tell the guy that though!) all the dreams where about me and him going out - it was rele creepy! should I tell him how I feel?

                                                    I already seem abit obsessed with him because im always saying "I cant wait to see your band play again etc etc" I dont even like chasing the guy but hes different..he might be going to my college too in 2 weeks time! What should I do about the whole " I like him" situation?!?!
