Answer #3

you dont, seriously unless you work in a zoo and they need one, or you have a lot of money, land and it happens to be legal were you are, you DONT its illegal almost everywere because a lion is NOT a pet they cant live in a normal houshold or eat your food there also pretty social animals that like stick with there family, o are at least have a family later on if you keep it all alone if your backyard it will die keepig a lion would be cruel because its not a pet and youd be enadangering it, its health and life as well as anyone else that lives ear or around you so youd also be putting peoples lives at danger you need to undrestand that its not a pet its a wild animal you need to learn what animlas can be kept and what animals can get you a jail sentance and if the lion gets out and kills someone or harms them it will be YOUR fault

Answer #4

Do you mean like sponsor a lion cub or do you actually want to own a lion?

Lions want to live in the wild. For some lions, a zoo is the best they can get. In a zoo there’s much more accommodation for wild animals, not to mention the care from professionals. A private home? Bad idea. Very bad idea.

Answer #5

in my opinon I say you shouldnt get a lion cub! because when it grows up, it might not love you anymore and it will become agressive! it looks cute when its a cub but when its grown up… X|

Answer #6

I see you live in NYC…are you planning on keeping it in your back yard? I highly doubt they are legal in your city…or in your state for that matter…Maybe you should consider getting a job at a zoo…

There’s a lot more you need to consider before you even think of trying to get a lion cub?

Do you realize how much money it will cost you to buy, feed, house, take care of, groom, etc this wild animal?

Do you have enough room at your home and have the proper cages, atmosphere, fences, gates, locks, shelter, etc.?

Is it legal to own a lion in your area?

How will you care for an animal that will grow to his size?

Answer #8

You should never get a lion cub because if it did hurt you then the police will come and shoot it, then the more people buying a cub and getting hurt it will endager the lions, then no more lions , lions are beautiful and amazing , so think about it before you get one . ARE YOU GOING TO HURT THEM ARE SAVE THEM. WE NEED LIONS IN THE WILD SO DO NOT TAKE ONE , IF YOU LIKE LIONS WORK IN A ZOO. HELP THE LIONS . SEE I LOVE LIONS BUT IM NOT GOING TO GET ONE, I WORK IN A ZOO .

Answer #9

You don’t, you keep them in the wild where they belong, so it does not kill you or someone else and then they kill the lion. So the simple answser is, you don’t get one at all, buy a stuffed one. Or get a job working at a zoo

Answer #10

I think everyone has said this, but I can’t help myself. If you think this is a good plan, the lion should take you out of the gene pool.
