I get zits or pimples on my arms up the top near my shoulder ( I don't know dif between them ) and it scars when I pik at it and squeeze the white stuff out what stuff can you use to stop the acne and stop and get rid of scars:)
While you can buy antibacterial agents, oral antibiotics and chemical-based topical products from your local pharmacy or chemist, these Acne products seldom completely cure Acne. In fact, some medications can, in some cases, worsen the condition.
While the suggestions from lex icon are pretty sound, the bio-oil you really need is called Tamanu Oil. It will not only clear up the arm acne but reduce any scarring as well.

Oh, a couple of other things. Firstly, make sure you wash your hands before applying these products and secondly, stop touching and sqeezing the pimples - you are just making everything worse.

If you can get it, there's this stuff you can buy from the pharmacy called 'bio-oil'. It's an oil which helps to fade scars, and that could help you with and acne scarring you may get.
For the pimples, I recommend taking a bath in saline/salt water 1-2 times a week. (You know how people say swimming at the beach is a great way to clear up pimples? They're not lying! Salt water is great of acne-pone skin.) Afetr having a salt-water bath, apply some tea tree lotion (available at most pharmacies, and sometimes at the ssupermarket). Tea tree is a natural antiseptic, so it's great to cleanse the skin and helps keep away some of the nasties that cause acne.
I'd apply the tea tree lotion every day, even on the days you don't have a salt-water bath. I use tea tree lotion daily on my face, and it keeps the pimples at bay.
Another thing that might help, is making sure you wear lots of cotton tops rather than tops made of synthetic fabric. This will help your skin to breathe.
