What's a good job for a 14-year-old?

I can’t find where to get a job in chicago. I’m 14. I think there should be more places to work.

Answer #1

If you know how to bake things, or stuff like that, then you could book a space at a local farmers market, and sell things there.

Answer #2

If you are in highschool you are only alowed to work 4 hours, a day 6 days a week.

Try getting a job as a waiter or dishwasher in a resturant.

Try getting a gardner/ mowing and weedeating job going. Post flyers around with your name and number and the services you provide.

Try calling your local firewood supplier and see if they can advertise you as a woodstacker.

(I did this and I got paid $80 for stacking a cord of wood in half a hour.)

Answer #3

try a news paper boy or baby sitting or even dog walking

Answer #4

I’m 14 too and some great jobs would definately be bag boy at a grocery store, babysitting, and dog walking. I’ve done all of these and they have good pay and are pretty fun. Good luck!
