2 month year old puppy

My dog wakes up 3 to 4 times a night to play and bite on your fingers or hand or what ever is around him. What should I do to? I would love for him to sleep all night but he doesn’t. 2ndly is it ok for me to leave him at home alone for 8 hr a day, while I work?

sorry but if your going to have a dog you can’t leave him at home on his own for 8 hours - no matter how old he is. leave him downstairs and if he barks ignor him, also a cage is good for nights. maybe hire a dog sitter. amd taking him for long walks in the morning and evening will tire him out and make him have a better channce of slepping thorught the night/ hope you find thid helpfull

when my dog was that old I put him in his kennel at night and dont even try to leave him out for eight hours because you’ll come home with poop everywhere and everything destroyed! because dogs get bored easily when left alone for a long time so they chew on anything. So just put him in your backyard or in his kennel with lots of toys.
