Why can't i connect to the wireless network with my zune?

Hey, I have a problem with my Zune. Every time I try to wireless sync it says Cant Connect to the network and I have everything required! why does that happen?

Hi,

Here are two options you should try (both settings on your router):

-Turn off the 802.11e QoS Protection on your router
-Set your router's wireless mode to mixed 802.11b/g instead of just 802.11g

Both of these have helped others in the past, according to Zune's help board.
