I tried toothpaste and it didnt seem to work for me, but it didnt make it any worse. Warm compresses work then you can pop the zit easier and it shouldnt leave a scar. Also an OTC zit cream might work.

the plain white toothpaste works...

Yes it works but it has to be actual paste, like the white kind.

no, toothpaste does not get rid of zits
it can howevere reduce the redness and sometimes swelling of them
but thats it, it wont majically make they go away

Well, I've never tried toothpaste on zits before but it might and might not work.
You could try it and see results.
