How to make stretchmarks go away?

Ok so my friend has strechmarks and she wants them gone!! Are they permanent? Can you get rid of them? Or any advice for her? She really really wants them gone but they wont go away!! I mean she's skinny but she has them and they wont go away. Hope...

cocoa butter works good but you have to keep putting it on everyday till it goes away

stretchmarks will fade overtime, usuing cocoa butter will help, but they won't completely go away, just fade. every body has stretch marks!
