nope. unfortunately there is not much you can do to shorten your period besides getting on some forms of birth control.

Women who work out excessively tend to have reduces cycles, or skipped cycles altogether. Avoid foods containing synthetic estrogen such as soy, dairy products, and beef, and don't eat foods microwaved with plastics (they release an artificial estrogen as well).

The difference between a pad & tampon can not change the length of your period- unfortunately! Im sure we would hear about it in their advertising if one did!
