What - Would you stop having your periods?

I know you probably wouldn’t but say sometimes woman need to have their ovaries or something taken out their body, then they can’t have babies, would it stop your periods or would you still get them?

Answer #1

It depends on what a woman has removed.

If she has both her ovaries removed then there is no egg that gets produced for fertilization and therefore she would not have a period. The same goes if she has her uterus removed.

Usually when a woman has only ONE ovary removed she can still have a period because the other ovary will produce an egg.

Answer #2

IF THE OVARIES ARE REMOVED FROM THE BODY THE EGGS WOULD BE PRODUCED SO NO PREGNANCY CAN OCCUR & NO PERIOD CAN COME DOWN. NOT AT ALL.
