Only if you keep renewing them as told, you either get them renewed every 10 years or something or you get them taken out, otherwise i doubt they prevent saggy boobs, really i think after you got them taken out your chances of having them would be higher

With age, all body parts tend to 'turn south' regardless - just part of getting old - staying in shape slows the process :-)
