im flat without a paddded bra it is very depressin please help me how can I get bigger boobs naturally?

you can try to use birth control. the extra hormones will enlarge your breasts. I went from a C to a DD in only a few months. I'm also 23. I was on Nicon 777.

You are lucky. You cannot judge a woman by her boobs, unless you are a also a boob. Or, how about when you are older and they are down to your navel.
