Why isn't my ipod syncing?

Okay so, this is how it all started out. A few months ago, my computer was fixed by a trusted computer technition. But this time, he lost all of my iTunes music, and then when I went to try to sync it would say everything was synced and then nothing was...

on the iPod. I fixed that problem by plugging in my iPod, click on my iPod, then on the music tab and re check sync music. But now I have a new problem. It'll say that it's syncing the songs, and it'll show like what song is syncing and 11 of 45 songs is synced or whatever, and my iPod capacity meter is filling up but then it'll stop right in the middle of syncing and say: The iPod Jacke's iPod cannot be synced. The required file cannot be found.

And all the songs it said it synced are not on there. And now ALLL my music that was on my iPod itself, is now all gone. And NOTHING is on my iPod. It is a 2nd generation iPod.

I've tried reinstalling iTunes, restarting my iPod, restoring iTunes, everything. And nothing works.

What does this mean and how can I make my iPod sync again?

it lookes like there is a problem with your ipod and computer! I would suggest taking your ipod and computer in to get it checked! most likely it is the computer! but check them both because you never know!

I have the same problem. My iPod and computer are both new, so I doubt that there is a problem with them. I'm sure there's something wrong with your iTunes. I tries reinstalling and installing it again, and updating it and everything, but still nothing will work. For example, I had about 15 songs by Panic! at the Disco. Only one shows up on my iPod when I sync it. I really have no clue, and I need help, too!
