Okay so my cat is a very... well lets just say he bites, and randomly attacks you and stuff like that,
but of course I still love him, anyways!
evreytime I go to rub his stomach on his lower part he meows, and whines

I mean he has had his balls chopped off! (sorry I put it that way) but im not touching him their.
so what's his problem? (I only do it because he's sooo cute when I do it) happy

Cats aren't like dogs. they hate getting touched on their belly.
And he's a cat. aka, lion. that's why he's been attacking you!

Some cats become overstimulated when petted. When you begin to see the signs just stop petting him and waite until he calms before petting him again.
