Why dont i gain

why dont I gang weight?
I want some meat on me.
I get full fast and cant continue eating

I was skinny, a lot like you actually (except im a guy) for my whole life
Until sorta 16 ish.

I got severe depression, (had me in hospital numerous times) got lazy and started eating nothing but crap.

I can tell you the unhealthy way to go...
Eating NOTHING at breakfast, this puts your body into starvation mode, storing every bit of fat it can, then at lunch eat LOTS of sugar... not just a candy bar, but like half a tub of melted ice cream. Do NOT excersize.

Heatlthy way is typical, eat good foods, excersize.

Because you oviously dont have a huge appetite, trybhaving 5 slightly smaller meals aday.

If you want good mass, not fat mass on you, eat more protein (meat meat meat meat, and milk are good sources. Also, try oats for breakfast) and work out. Don't worry about running or doing any cardiovascular workouts.

Stay away from the sugar. Eat a healthy and balanced diet - even if you don't eat a lot at a time and get some good exercise and your metabolism will regularize.
