Sometimes my heart like really starts hurting, like aching, and I dont know what it is. it only lasts like two minutes, but its been happening like, three times a week for the past two years and I dunno wht it is and its starting to freak me out.. anyone else have this feeling or know what it is?
I kind of had something liek that for a while - used to freak me out, and they started getting more frequent, so I went to my doctor. After listening to my heart & stuff, he just gave me a new inhaler (I'm a very, very mild asthmatic) and just said to try taking it when I got the pains in my heart but I had nothing to worry about. After tking the inhaler once or twice afterwards when I had the pains, the pains went away and I haven't had them since. Suggest you go to your doctor and get it checked out anyway, but it may not be anything major or of concern :)
im 14 years old, and thats a good point:I have a mild asthma too. and I've had an inhaler for a few years now. ill try taking my inhaler whenever those pains come around.
and yesss my family does have a history of migraines. my grandma used to get such bad migraines shed throw up, and I've had migraines a lot since I was little.
I honestly dont know what hypertensive is, and as far as I know, I dont have heart disease
I think you should go get a heart reading. Its not that expensive at the doctors office and it measures your heart beat. I think it a EKG reading. Maybe you have irregular heart beat or that you've been on a high fat diet. Eat less meat and more fish. Good Luck.

how old are you? do you have a family history of migraine ? have you ever been diagnosed as hypertensive? do you have heart disease?
do you feel vertigo when you suddenly rise from sitting position?
I don't have such feeling. I suggest you going to do a check in a hospital. It seems this is a kind of disease.
COULD BE angina.. BUT YOU NEED TO GET IT CHECKED. IT COULD BE SERIOUS THINGS HUN.
