Why does my boyfriend only ignore me when his friends are around?

Its most likely because he doesn’t want to seem soft in front of his friend because where girls see it as cute and sweet, guys see it as soft and will probably make fun of your guy for it. I don’t have to deal with that because my guy doesn’t really care what others think. I even told him that I liked that he wasn’t embarrassed to be all ‘lovey dovey’ with me around his friends and he simply said ‘you come first’

well..normally he doesnt care what other people say about anything.. almost all of his frends have girlfriends and act like they would if they were alone..hes the only one who doesnt..

ugh!! I just dont know how to bring it up in a convo..my frends have told me to break up with him but I really really like him..I love him!!.. I think he is afraid to tell me that he loves me because his ex was a b*tch. and he realy realy realy liked her…and hes told me that he likes me way more than her so maybe he thinks that I might be the same…im not sure
