Why do people think I look older than my sister?

This has happened more than three times where people think I am my sister's mother or I am her way older sister. The thing is...we are twins!!! Why is that? Am I really that ugly?

no you are not ugly. and if you feel that way do something that makes you feel good. like getting your hair nails and toes done

My very, very pretty younger sister has often been taken for older than me. She just dresses more grown-up than me, that's all.
