Why do I get so dizzy when I roll over?

Last Night I was laying down watching tv,and I went to roll over and I got so dizzy I couldnt see straight for like 5 minutes.I felt really sick to my stomach and kind of Panicy.This happened about 3 times last night until finally I got up to puke.Then...

I went to bed and eventually fell asleep.
This morning when I got up to go to school,the same thing happened,and I went to stand up,and fell into the wall.
What is going on?!

well, I don't know much about this, but my sister went through the same things when she was 15/16. she had dizzy spells whenever she's stand up out of bed and such. apparently stress contributes to it. to help treat it, you have to keep your body well hydrated, and exercise more often.
