I usually just don't eat anything for a little bit and not think about it while I'm on the ride. Trust me I'm real bad with those kind of things too ;-)
I don't think it's something you can control fully. I know I could eat like...10 hot dogs or something then immediately go on any ride and not feel sick at all.

I love going to amusement parks-except this year I got kind of sick on the rides...the spinny kind. last year I could ride for hours and not get the least bit sick. how can I not get dizzy or feel sick but without like a pill or patch or anything
