Why are people so judgemental these days?

I'm just wondering, why are people so judgemental these days?
How come people don't respect others? Is it just their nature or what?

simply because they don't think before they act..

I don't know y, but I think that tey b like that because tey trying 2 b tuff and try 2 make demselves look bigger and kewl.
But there aint nuthin kewl bout being judgemental

because people want to feel like they have power
over others

There are those who react violently when confronted with truth that hits home - rather than face it - their true inward self is reflected outwardly by their actions/deeds/words directed at others - we all are subject to this shortcoming and must be careful to be honest and look in the mirror.

I have no f'n idea. I HATE it when people do that. its so mean...u never now what there life has been like or what it IS like. or what they go threw at home.
Tha way my life is, I'v told myself that if I judge someone- twice tha judgement will be put on me when God decides if I should go to hell or not.-so I don't.

People become prejudice and disrespectful through unconfidential judgment. They are just naturally like that and they want to look like something to other people who are viewing them.
That's why there's labeling and stereotypes.
Either way, corrupt society will always have its way with pre-conceived judgment and its victims will just have to learn how to ignore it.

The answer below is a very good one, and I feel the exact same way. You can never judge anyone if you haven't walked a day in their shoes, and furthermore, when you point the finger at someone else, you have 3 more pointing back at you. No one on this earth is perfect.
