Dear Steve,
While shopping for out house we were curious about this also. It seems that families are much smaller these days and I wondered why the 3 bedrooms sold first. The Realtor did say that several people she spoke with wanted the extra room as an office or computer room. Some wanted a quest room for company. We do have 3 bedrooms in our home upstairs and one down. We use one for ourselves, one is a guest room and the other is our office.
