Adding an addition to a four bedroom house

We have a four bedroom house and are considering putting an addition. We truly love
our country living we will be adding two bedrooms and another bathroom. With four kids it can be pretty busy in the house. We can't seem to find something on the market to fit our needs and budget.

although lumber prices are higher than ever it still beats the price of relocating esspecially if the emotional attachment to the home is their but if you have access to a sawmill rough lumber can save a lot of the cost on the framework and tends to outlast most preped woods from your local lowes or home depot
