How can I make myself sleep?

2 things: 1st any body got any tips on sleeping?, its 10 to 11 in england and I want some sleep I have school tomorrow.

2nd any one know how to do scene/ emo hair and know how they can make it stay big all day?

Oh awsome thank you when you were speaking about the hair I was thinking how is cutting hair going to get me to go to sleep??!! HAHA

have a tiny snack, like cookies, & a glass of warm milk .. clear your mind off of things.. and cut your hair, get LOTS & LOTS of layers, get bangs and put them to the side.. you could use this product called GOT2B .. use bothe the hairspray and gel I live in the USA, and a lot of my friends use this for there mowhawks :P

try to clear your mind before going to sleep..usually when I have something in my mind it doesn’t let me go to sleep…

I have this trouble, it takes me hours to get to sleep. And then I wake up in the middle of the night a remember really stupid stuff, then fall back asleep. Like last night, I woke up about 2 o’clock remembered all of my part in drama piece, resited them, and fell back to sleep. The only think that really knocks me out I must say is a shot of whiskey. I know, I know, but it works.

How can I make myself sleep?
