White/yellow bumps

nobody say its herpes either because herpes are large lesions that contain puss and hurt.

I have small, and I mean tiny.. thousands of them, yellow bumps on the inside of my vagina lips

Hmm well sometimes theyre on the outside like shave bumbs and theyre like little pimples but inside your lips? Well do they hurt? And what hapoens when you pick at them? If you doo..

no they dont hurt at all. I was reading actually that many girls have these - I dont think they're pimples.. they're not huge bumps, they almost feel smooth
