Little white bump on my nip

hi. its been about 2 days. I have a have bump on my right nipple that sets slightly off centered. it is the size of a white baby pebble. how is that possible? I also just had a bump on my right elbow. those are places I never thought could grow a bump....

help

you know my mom keeps this poster in our bathroom about how to check for cancer and it says that any bumps or lumps are suspicious and should be checked out.
I don't know at all what it is, but in case it could be breast cancer go see a doctor!
