White dots

I hvae these white dots on my testicals. What are they? Am I in trouble?

lol well dude if your talking about the white dots when you squeeze your balls together then no its natural unless there showing when there free hanging dude, I have them 2 all guys do but jsut lay off sqeezing the balls and you wont see them lol,there like taste buds in your mouth its your knerves lil knerves runnig throuhg your sack lol thats why a kman is so tender in his area lol no sweat man
