What are these white dots under my eyes?

I see little white dots under my eyes almost looks like some fish scales when I look really close in the mirror, its not white head things that you sneeze out or nothing like that, those anyone know what they or and how to get rid of them. not quite like fish scales but thats the best I can describe them

Because it means you don't have enough calcium in your diet, I had them and I just started to drink 1 glass of milk and a 1 cup of natural yogurt a day and they went in a week!
